Norfolk Advocates for Children is a collaboration of public andprivate agencies that provices services to childrena and families who have experiences physical, sexual or domestic abuse. Al-Anon, a support organization to help families cope with family members with problems alcoholism and drug addiction which contributes to an unhealthy and abusive environment.
